We open the season with an afternoon of Beethoven, featuring two of his finest masterpieces.
We are delighted to welcome back Callum Smart as soloist in the sweetly lyrical violin concerto.
This is followed by the epic Choral Symphony, which closes with Beethoven’s uplifting setting of the “Ode to Joy”.
A truly inspirational work, traversing the whole range of human emotion!
