	What a feast of dramatic music! Music from four operas, of four very different styles, moving from the powerful passions of Verdi’s Force of Destiny to the seductive waltzes of Richard Strauss’ Der Rosenkavalier. The centrepiece is Tchaikovsky’s first piano concerto, as extreme in its emotions as any opera. Supported by Rotary Distric t 1220 in aid of Rotary Charities
