There's really nothing I can say about these amazing films that hasn't already been said. Closely based on the supposedly unfilmable epic tale byJ.R.R.Tolkein, Peter Jackson has created movies of an awesome power that no-one is ever likely to repeat. Composer Howard Shore is Canadian, whose previous film credits include such diverse movies as The Fly, Naked Lunch, Silence of the Lambs, Mrs Doubtfire and Gangs of New York.
